Will my credit card be charged upon booking? All patients are required to provide a valid credit or debit card when booking an appointment. Cash-pay patients will be charged a $25 non-refundable deposit once the appointment is confirmed, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the visit. Patients using insurance are also required to keep a valid card on file and will be responsible for any applicable copay, deductible, or other patient responsibility based on their insurance benefits. If a deductible has not been met, a deposit may be charged when the appointment is confirmed and applied toward the patient’s responsibility.
